We are so proud to announce that James Hall has been selected as part of the Olympic GB Team competing in the Tokyo games this summer. James has been a member of Pegasus Gymnastics club since the age of 7 and will compete in the Men’s Artistic gymnastic event.
On receiving the news of his selection, James said “It’s a great achievement, but there is still so much to do before we travel to Tokyo in July”.
James will now participate in 9 weeks of training at the National Training Centre in Shropshire with the rest of the gymnastic GB team. He will then travel to the Netherlands for a warm-up competition and other virtual events prior to flying out to the Olympic Village.
Director of Coaching, Ionut Trandaburu, quoted “I am extremely proud of James, he has worked so hard in the gym and completely deserves his spot within the GB team. We have worked with great perseverance for many years to get to this position.”
