Party Options
Our British Gymnastics qualified coaches will make it a fun time and be on hand to oversee and supervise the group.
Gym Parties can be booked on selected Sundays throughout the year. Parties run between 10am & 2pm

A summary of our parties are :-
Freestyle Party
Freestyle fuses traditional gymnastics, “street tricks” and acrobatic tricks with aspects of other popular activities, such as Parkour, Free Running and Urban Gymnastics, in a safe environment.
Kindergym Party
Kindergym parties are for children aged 2 – 5 years old. A minimum number of 10 is required to book a party and a Maximum Number of 20.
Gym Party
Gym parties are for children aged between 5 – 11 years old. Maximum of 25 participants for this age group.
Party food
Party food can be supplied by Coffee Beam.

FAQs
Q – How long is a party?
1 hour for the gymnastics party. The time allocated for party food in the café is 45 minutes.
Q – What is the party format?
The party group warm up together and play a few games, then participate in activities on the apparatus supervised by qualified coaching staff.
Q – Do we have exclusive use of the building?
No. There may be courses or other activities taking place in the other gyms in the building. There may be a party before or following your party time slot. Your party group will have exclusive use of the gymnastics area for your gym party.
Q – Do parents/carers need to stay?
Two supervising adults must stay with a Gym Party or Freestyle Party. Adult supervision is expected for each child attending a Kindergym party
Q – What are the maximum numbers for a party?
Kindergym Party (2yrs – 4yrs) max 20
Gym Party (5yrs – 12yrs) max 25
Freestyle Party (9yrs – teens) max 16
Q – Can children aged 5+ attend a Kindergym (pre-school) party?
Yes, as long as they are counted in the final number of party participants
Q – Can a pre-school child attend a GfA party?
Yes, as long as they are counted in the numbers, and have an adult to accompany them in the gym.
Q – How much does a party cost?
Up to 10 participants – £150, then £10 per additional participant
Q – When do I pay?
A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required within 7 days of booking to hold the day/time slot. The balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the party.
Q – How do I pay for my party?
Payment can be paid via your Pegasus account (if a Pegasus member), over the phone, or in person at reception.
Q – What should the party participants wear?
Participants should wear suitable sports clothing with no hoods, strings, buttons or zips or clothing such as jeans that may cause injury to participants, or damage to the equipment,
Whilst in the gym participants will need bare feet and adult guests will need to remove footwear if in the activity area.
Freestyle participants will be required to wear clean trainers.
Q – How early can we arrive for the party?
Tell your guest to arrive 10 mins before the start time so that they have time to get shoes/socks off etc. You can arrive 15-20 mins early if you want to put balloons / banner up. Your party food table will be set up, with a table cloth, party food boxes, squash and cups.
Q – Can I bring balloons &/or table decorations?
Yes, you can bring whatever you want except confetti balloons or confetti.
Q – What party food options are available?
a) Standard £3.50pp – Snack box (1 x ham sandwich, 1 x cheese sandwich, Frube, biscuit bar, crisps, apple & drinks)
b) Luxury £5.00 – Standard menu plus Slush drink
c) Indulgence £6.50 – Luxury menu plus large sweetie cone
- Sweetie cones can be added to any option at a cost of £2.00 each
- Slush can be added to any option at a cost of £1.50 each
Q – Do you cater for vegetarians or those with dietary restrictions or requirements?
Yes. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or requirements at least 7 days prior to the party.
Q – Can I bring a birthday cake?
Yes. Birthday Cake is not provided but if you bring one with you, we will cut and wrap it once ‘Happy Birthday’ has been sung.
Q – Can I bring additional food treats for the party guests?
Yes, you can bring additional food treats to have on the party table.
Q – Can the adults attending access food or drink?
Yes. It will be possible to set up a tab in the cafe for adult refreshments if required.
