Clubs Kindergym

The Clubs Kindergym programme offers a programme of gymnastic and movement activities for babies and children up to school age. Five distinct age bands ensure a planned progression from structured play through to skill acquisition with and without parents/guardians.

The Club follows a carefully planned development scheme to maximise every child’s potential in a safe enjoyable environment.

All activities are run with a parent or guardian to assist so that these active tinies have the security of a friendly face together with a helping hand! Classes are subject to minimum numbers. Should the need arise we are able to run additional classes for most levels.

Buzzy Bees

Buzzy Bees classes are a parent/guardian assisted class, aimed at children between the age of 9 months – 1 ½ years. Classes start with a musical beginning, followed by a short set of activities as a group to warm-up with hand apparatus.

Set targets ensure full use of the equipment along with a feeling of fulfilment and achievement for both parent/guardian and child. Classes finish with a musical end and a much loved sticker…..

Grasshoppers

Grasshopper classes are a parent/guardian assisted class, aimed at children between the age of 1 ½ years – 2 ½ years. Classes start with a musical beginning, followed by a short set of activities as a group to warm-up with hand apparatus.

Set targets ensure full use of the equipment along with a feeling of fulfilment and achievement for both parent/guardian and child. Classes finish with a musical end and a much loved sticker…..

Leaping Lizards

sLeaping Lizards classes are a parent/guardian assisted accompanied class, aimed at children between the age of 2 ½ years – 3 ½ years. These fully structured classes start with a musical beginning, followed by a short set of activities as a group to warm-up with hand apparatus and gross locomotive skills.

Planned classes ensure that children develop core strength, along with an understanding and achievement of gymnastic skills on all apparatus in a safe and secure environment and always finish with a much loved sticker…..

Our Leaping Lizards are also able to achieve badges and certificates on completion of assessed tasks. “Badge weeks” take place for 4 of the weeks during the year spread through the terms.

Bouncing Bears classes are a parent/guardian assisted class, aimed at children 3 ½ + years. These fully structured classes start with a musical beginning, followed by a short set of activities as a group to warm-up with hand apparatus and gross locomotive skills.
