The club has adopted and works closely within the policies and guidelines of British
Gymnastics. Despite our good communication & our caring approach there may be times
when parents and / or gymnasts, volunteers and staff have concerns regarding the
club. It is to provide knowledgeable, experienced support that the club has recruited
and trained an effective welfare team.
Tracey Mills - Welfare Officer
Parent of three, the youngest of whom is a gymnast, Tracey also has experience in
pupil support at Primary and Secondary schools. She is supportive, open minded with
a capacity for indentifying appropriate solutions to the trickiest situations. Tracey's
role as Welfare Officer has included club based work, overseas training camps and

With experience in staff management within the retail industry Andrea brings a different
dimension to the team which supports and assists staff and volunteers in addition
to club members. Her daughter is a member of the Women's Artistic squad so she is
well aware of the demands on family time and finance. Her organisational ability
and command of English are valuable assets within such a busy and dynamic club.
